How to download:
To download, right-click the data you need, and select "Save in file." (When using Firefox by Mozilla, select "Name and save the link.")
When the data is not displayed:
Please download the updated version of the software from the following websites:
- When a PDF file is not displayed:
Please install Adobe Reader® by Adobe Systems Incorporated to display PDF files.
- When a DXF file is not displayed:
Please install DWG TrueView® by Autodesk Inc. for displaying DXF files.
(When a DXF file cannot be installed using your CAD software, please refer to the instruction manual or website provided by the manufacturer of your software.) - When a Zip file cannot be opened:
Please download decompression software from the software library website.
(For WindowsXP®, decompression software is not needed. Double-click the data to display.)
Other problems:
Problems may occur due to the type of computer or software; data may not be displayed or converted correctly. Please contact us if your problem cannot be solved.
Please understand that in certain situations we may not be able to solve every problem.
