Tsudakoma proposes new solutions based on its vision of future machining.
When we develop new products, we examine them from the viewpoints of design, function and rigidity by means of CAE analysis and optimization design. Our efficient design method using three-dimensional CAD can analyze strength, displacement and appearance of products simultaneously, shortening the period from development to commercialization. Products are evaluated and verified by various kinds of performance test such as resistance to cutting, loaded hardness, water resistance, noise level, and electrical noise.
Data for custom-made products saved in our database enable us to propose optimum products and solutions that can meet our customers' diverse needs quickly.
