PRODUCTION
Tsudakoma's high-quality products are manufactured in an excellent production environment.
At our Nonoichi Plant, we manufacture high-precision, high-quality machine tool attachments, and provide excellent services. The integrated process of machining, assembling, inspection and painting is conducted in the plant where the best temperature for the season is maintained, with consideration for energy saving. The processes of precision machining, three-dimensional measurement, and precision assembly, which require strict temperature control, are conducted in four constant-temperature rooms that are maintained at 20°C. In keeping with our corporate policy of improving reliability and meeting our customers' needs, we acquired the certification of ISO9001 and ISO14001, and are striving to achieve further improvements in quality and environmental management system.
All the sections in the plant are connected via LAN for efficient production. Information is shared among the sections via the intranet, which facilitates quick delivery of products.
Machining
The machining section is equipped with lathes, vertical lathes, vertical, horizontal and double-housing machining centers, boring machines, hobbing machines, flat-surface grinders, and external cylindrical grinding machines, etc. All the machine tools are periodically inspected and maintained for high precision. Machining and finish assembly of the important parts are carried out in the constant-temperature rooms at 20°C ± 0.5°C.
Finishing and assembling
Finishing, assembling, electrical installation, repairs and customer service for all products are conducted by our experts. We aim to have all of our engineers acquire the national qualification to further improve their manufacturing skills. We also strive to maintain product quality using various types of testing equipment in order to cope with a wide range of specifications.
Quality assurance
In the constant-temperature rooms where the temperature is maintained at 20°C ± 0.5°C, we precisely check the quality of our products by measuring their dimensions by means of three-dimensional measuring instruments, angle detectors, tilt angle detectors and laser wavelength measuring devices, etc.
